1. Power Up the Device:

   • Plug the Lane/5000 PIN Pad into a power source.

2. Connect to Your Computer:

   • Connect the Lane/5000 PIN Pad to your computer using a USB port.

3. Download Converge Connect:

   • Click here to download the Converge Connect software from Google Drive.

4. Confirm Device Detection:

   • Ensure that Converge Connect has detected the Lane/5000 PIN Pad and that it shows “Lane/5000 Online.”
   • If the device is not detected or if you encounter issues, please contact Thoro Payments Support at support@thoro.com.

5. Software Update:

   • Once the Lane/5000 PIN Pad is detected, coordinate with your eIVF representative to update the software.

6. Schedule Switchover:

   • Arrange a date with eIVF to switch over to Thoro Payments for seamless processing.
