- Government-Licensed Casinos – MCC Code 7801, sub-MCC 7030
- Government-Licensed Horse/Dog Racing – MCC Code 7802, sub-MCC 7031
Legal Internet Gaming Requirements:
Established Businesses Only: All prospective customers must be established, mature business entities capable of meeting the Legal Internet Gaming credit/risk checklist requirements, including holding all necessary licenses.
Standard Application Process: For government entities, the standard paper application process applies. Customers must also sign the Internet Gaming addendum.
