Request Converge Credentials:
Email our support team at support@thoro.com to request the following credentials:

• Account ID
• User ID
• Temporary Password

Login to Converge Pay:
Use your provided credentials to log in to the Converge Pay platform.

Create a New User:

• Click on the USER tab.
• Select CREATE NEW.
• Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*).
• Navigate to the HOSTED API section.
• Choose YES from the drop-down menu.
• Click SUBMIT.

Set New User’s Rights:

• Click on the RIGHTS tab.
• Designate the new user’s access level using the drop-down menu.
• Select ADMINISTRATIVE to grant administrative rights to the new user.
• Click UPDATE.

Locate the 64 Alphanumeric PIN:

• Click on the TERMINAL tab.
• Locate the unique 64 alphanumeric PIN.
• Copy and paste this PIN data, along with the Account ID and User ID, into an email and send it to the relevant recipient for further processing.
